- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stir in 1 cup of the grated cheese and the cream of chicken soup. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup of cheese and the crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the potato mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
