Instructions
Making chicken dumplings is a relatively easy process. Here are the steps you will need to take:- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, chopped vegetables, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and spoon 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture into the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.
- Repeat steps two and three until all of the chicken mixture has been used.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the dumplings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the dumplings over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the dumplings from the skillet and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
