Classic Crockpot Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds of ground beef
- ½ cup of ketchup
- ¼ cup of diced onion
- ¼ cup of diced red pepper
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ketchup, onion, red pepper, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Grease the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once the meatloaf is cooked through, remove it from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
