Garlic Butter Gold Potato Wedges

- 2 pounds gold potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
