Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 pound round steak, cut into thin strips - Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 onion, diced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced - 1 tablespoon tomato paste - 1/2 cup dry white wine - 2 cups beef broth - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the round steak with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned, about 5 minutes. 2. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the tomato paste and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the wine and cook, stirring, until the liquid is reduced by half. 4.
